1. Rate Estimates
All transportation rates provided through this page are estimates based on the shipment information submitted, including origin, destination, weight, equipment type, and mileage calculations. Final rates may change if shipment details differ from those provided at the time of the quote.
2. Fuel Surcharge (AFS)
All rates include a fuel surcharge calculated using the applicable fuel index at the time of the quote. Fuel surcharges are subject to adjustment based on market fuel prices at the time of dispatch.
3. Rate Validity
All quoted rates are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Truck capacity and market conditions may change and could require a rate adjustment after the validity period expires.
4. Carrier Contract
Rates provided through this page do not constitute a binding transportation agreement. A shipment is not considered booked until confirmed in writing and accepted by a qualified carrier.
5. Equipment Availability
Rates are based on current market conditions and equipment availability. Truck capacity is not guaranteed until the shipment is scheduled and confirmed.

Detention charges may begin after two (2) hours of loading or unloading time at shipper or receiver facilities.
8. Shipment Information Accuracy
Shippers are responsible for providing accurate shipment details including pallet count, weight, dimensions, commodity description, and hazardous material classification. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional charges.
9. Transit Times
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically requested and confirmed.
10. Cargo Liability
Cargo liability coverage is provided in accordance with the carrier’s insurance policy and applicable transportation regulations. Certain high-value or restricted commodities may require additional coverage.
11. Force Majeure
Transportation services may be affected by events outside the control of the carrier or broker, including weather, road closures, mechanical failures, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or accepting a rate quote through this page, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
